If you like avocados, you will love this recipe! A fellow photographer gave me this little cheater recipe I usually make this for dinner parties or having small group at our house…and its one of the last in my bag of tricks for delish salsas. Its so easy, its cheating, actually. This is one of those recipes that the sum of the parts way outdoes itself. Yummy, creamy and a little spicy!
I typically make this when I make Pulled Pork Tacos (recipe coming shortly!) and it is a serious time saver when you are having people over, running around trying to clean your house and work from home, all at the same time.
Ok. Ready to cheat your way to being an amazing hostess???
This is what a photographer’s kid does when its time for me to shoot some yummy salsa that he loves. I love this kid so much.
Salsa Verde with Avocado Recipe
Any small jar of Salsa Verde (This World Table salsa is from Walmart and is a delish, inexpensive brand)
Ripe Avocado
Open the jar, pour it into a really cute bowl. Cut up the Avocado in small pieces and scoop them into the bowl as well. Stir. Yum.
Its kind of cheating, but its really tasty.
