Every once in a while a get this huge hankering for brussel sprouts. You know, those things everyone hated as kids…but when we became adults, they became super chic to eat? I have to say…I LOVE them now. I will gladly make a whole pan of them and eat them myself since my family won’t touch them. I will tell you…they are so stinking good. I’m hoping my family will come around someday, but for now, I will make these and enjoy them all to myself!
